-from Paul McCrary, founder.

In 2009, I suffered a catastrophic Spinal Cord Injury at 17 years old, while playing High School football in Windsor. Initially, I was told by all doctors that I would never leave a wheelchair again. I refused to accept this prognosis and I knew I'd prove the doctors wrong.

I made steady strides along the way, always grinding towards the next goal.

In 2014, after 5 years of living in & using my wheelchair to go anywhere, I was able to stop using it forever. I worked with the top rehab programs, therapists and trainers in our country and the best in Michigan too. I have since been able to get around on crutches, am able to work for a living, and am driving again.

I opened Limitless in 2017, after leaving the University of Windsor's Human Kinetics/Movement Science program, where I was both studying and working as a Strength Coach for the football team, while also training private clients at their Fitness Centre.

Now we are a proud staff of 4 trainers and the premiere training facility for strength training and injury prevention while also specializing in weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance, speed, vertical & agility training, conditioning, dryland training, explosiveness, muscle activation, training after neurological injuries (stroke, SCI, etc.) and orthopedic injuries (post-rehab ACL surgery recovery, torn labrum, rotator cuff, etc).

Located on Walker Road near the airport, Limitless is the ideal location for Personal Training transformations for anyone at any time of year, as it's in the centre of Windsor-Essex, Lasalle, Tecumseh, Leamington, Amherstberg, Chatham, Riverside, and Belle River / Lakeshore.

PS; We also provide both off-season and in-season programming and everything from private to team training for Hockey, Baseball, Football, Soccer, Tennis, Track and Field, Wrestling, MMA / Mixed Martial-Arts, Boxing, Kickboxing and Basketball.
