Paul McCrary - Founder
In 2009, I suffered catastrophic football injury at 17 years old while playing for Catholic Central High School in Windsor, Ontario. Initially, I was told by all of my doctors that I would never leave my wheelchair again in my life. I refused to accept this prognosis and I knew I'd prove the doctors wrong.
In 2014, after 5 years of training, living in & using my wheelchair to go anywhere, I was able to stop using it forever. I worked with the top programs, therapists and trainers in our country and also the best in Michigan. have since been able to get around on crutches, am able to work for a living, and am driving again.
I opened Limitless in 2017, after leaving the University of Windsor's BHK Movement Science program, where I was both studying and working as a Strength Coach for the football team, while also training private clients at their Fitness Centre.
Now, in 2019 we are a proud staff of 5 trainers and the premiere sports training facility for stability training, strength training and injury prevention while also specializing in weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance, speed, vertical & agility training, conditioning, dryland training, explosiveness, muscle activation, prehab, training after neurological injuries (stroke, SCI, etc.) and orthopedic injuries (post-rehab ACL surgery recovery, etc). We provide both off-season and in-season programming for Hockey, Baseball, Football and Basketball. The future of dry-land hockey training is here at the best gym in Windsor, Ontario.
Located on Walker Road near the airport, it's an ideal commute for team training in the offseason, as it's in the centre of Windsor-Essex, Belle River, Lasalle, Tecumseh, Leamington, Belle River, Amherstberg, Chatham, Riverside, Lakeshore, Detroit, etc.
